OUR MISSION

East Tampa Business and Community Development Alliance, Inc. (ETBCDA) is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in 1989 by the state of Florida and is tax-exempt under the IRS code 501(c)3. the mission of ETBCDA is to develop a healthy business and community climate in order to stimulate opportunities and improve living conditions for children, families, and seniors in the East Tampa Community and throughout Tampa bay, FL.
